Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete the personal information Boxing Bachata holds about you — including messages you sent to a studio through Instagram, SMS, or email, and any booking or contact details on file.

How to request deletion

  1. Email mia@boxingbachata.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number or Instagram handle you used, so we can locate your information.
  2. Put "Data deletion request" in the subject line.
  3. Tell us which studio you interacted with, if you know it.

What happens next

We will confirm your request and delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, completed transactions) to meet legal or accounting obligations. Once deleted, your information can no longer be recovered.

Instagram data

If you messaged a studio on Instagram and want that conversation removed, the same request covers it. You can also revoke the studio's access at any time from Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites.
