Terms of Service

The Service

Boxing Bachata provides software that fitness and dance studios use to manage schedules, bookings, memberships, payments, and client communications across channels including Instagram, SMS, and email. Studios use the Service to serve their own clients; those clients use it to browse schedules, book and cancel classes, and manage their membership.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any studio or person you represent. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not send spam, harass others, or message people who have opted out.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Follow the platform policies of the channels you connect (including Meta's terms for Instagram).

Bookings, payments, and cancellations

Class bookings, memberships, and packages are offered by the individual studio, not by Boxing Bachata. Prices, capacity, waitlists, cancellation windows, and refund rules are set by each studio. Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. You agree to the studio's posted policies when you book or purchase.

Messaging and consent

If you contact a studio through Instagram, SMS, or email, you consent to receive replies on that channel. Consent is tracked separately for each channel. You may opt out at any time — reply STOP to an SMS, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or stop messaging the Instagram account. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, belongs to Boxing Bachata and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxing Bachata will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the Service or its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
